Includes: • Removing dust from all surfaces, including walls and ceilings. • Cleaning windows (interior only), window sills, and tracks. • Detailed vacuuming and mopping of all floors to remove fine debris. • Cleaning cabinets, drawers, and closets inside and out. • Removing stickers, paint splatters, or construction residue from surfaces. *Note for Post-Construction: It is expected that no one will be working inside the property during cleaning. Additional Services (Charged Separately): • Oven Cleaning: $40 • Refrigerator Cleaning: $40 • Window Cleaning: Price varies depending on the number and size of windows (starting at $15 per window). Important Notes: • We do not pick up toys or other personal items. Please ensure the space is clear before our team arrives. • We do not wash dishes. • Cancellation Policy: $75 for same-day cancellations. • Complaints: Must be reported within 24 hours of service.
